Summary of Position

The Sr. Manager, International Audience and Marketing Insights will serve as a change agent in the company, guiding the company in our aggressive international expansion efforts.


This role requires an extremely versatile skillset, and the individual to be highly collaborative and work cross-functionally to help the Insights & Analytics team provide actionable insights to the International team. The position is highly visible and includes senior management stakeholders within the international, development and marketing departments.


Marketing Analytics

  • Support senior leadership to ensure all marketing related business goals are met
  • Provide marketing team with deep and actionable audience, creative and marketing platform insights
  • Partner with direct response and media buying agencies to define and implement campaign measurement of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Work closely with agencies to identify opportunities for campaign optimization to ensure every marketing dollar is spent as efficiently as possible
  • Develop and maintain holistic campaign dashboards to identify key drivers of performance and inform future campaign activity
  • Provide leadership on performance marketing design strategies, including the formulation of robust test & learn strategies to drive specific learning agendas
  • Conduct audience research to identify key behavioral, demographic and attitudinal traits to inform the development and targeting of future marketing campaigns
  • Leverage complex models to assess optimal marketing mixes and knowledge of marketing mix modelling desirable – understanding


Consumption & Content Analytics

  • Partner with international team to develop methodologies and metrics for understanding content’s value to business
  • Track and report on content performance in all territories and on all platforms
  • Develop automated content performance dashboards
  • Develop performance narrative and communicate to senior executives across organization


Consumer Insights

  • Continually monitor and report high level consumer trends in all current and future territories
  • Plan, design and execute cutting edge customer and consumer surveys to generative qualitative insights about our customers, programming, brand and industry

Qualifications & Skills

  • College degree and equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years in marketing analytics; at least 2-years internationally focused, including the measurement and evaluation of off-line and online marketing campaign tactics
  • 5+ years working with content consumption at a top media company, preferably a television network
  • 5+ years working with data visualization tools with a strong preference for experience with Tableau
  • Strong understanding of data structures, query language and methodologies for maximizing the value of datasets
