Summary of Position

The Coordinator, Partner Marketing, supports the business goals for Starz Entertainment subscribers and revenue through the implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy across distribution partners. This role requires a high level of creativity, collaboration, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this position will execute quickly and accurately on assigned projects and deliverables, working both independently and with a team. The role is also client-facing and requires excellent communication with both internal and external stakeholders. A sense of ownership, teamwork, and organization are critical. 

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Manager, Partner Marketing to plan and implement overall marketing strategy for key partner accounts such as Hulu, Roku, Apple, and Fubo in both wholesale and retail
  • Support on-platform content curation and campaign execution for partners in collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Review on- and off-platform partner creative tactics and media spots with Manager supervision   
  • Maintain constant awareness of the direction and status of all projects, including anticipating needs and resolving unexpected conflicts
  • Support base spot creatives for original series and customizes for delivery to partners as needed
  • Fulfill various asset requests- procuring, tracking, and delivering for partner needs in a timely manner  
  • Understand specific partners’ marketing ecosystems, including retail, and secures optimal placement for STARZ in alignment with overall marketing strategy
  • Monitor and update STARZ placements on partner websites and social media feeds
  • Support manager in ongoing communication with client marketing contacts through weekly/monthly meetings to discuss upcoming programming and available assets and planned campaigns
  • Assist in managing contractual marketing funds and invoicing for executed campaigns
  • Assist with sourcing premiums and managing fulfillment for partner gifts and mailings
  • Organize partner marketing assets to feature in internal marketing playbook, executive campaign and brand wrap-up decks
  • Work across internal STARZ departments to socialize partner activity and needs with a focus on clear and effective communication

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years relevant experience in a coordinator, intern, or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Proven communication skills – oral, written, and presentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experienced in Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Comfortable learning proprietary software solutions

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred

Compensation

$60,000-$65,000
