Summary of Position

The Vice President, Program Management is a senior leadership role responsible for driving strategic program delivery, enterprise transformation initiatives, and cross-functional technology solutions that support the organization’s strategic goals. This role leads and orchestrates enterprise-wide programs across data, systems, operations, M&A integration, and digital transformation efforts—ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology execution. The ideal candidate has deep experience in enterprise program governance, technology leadership, media & entertainment operations, and delivery excellence across diverse technology portfolios.

Responsibilities

Enterprise Program Leadership

  • Lead the planning, execution, and governance of large-scale programs spanning business systems, data & analytics, digital transformation, and M&A integration.
  • Drive the enterprise technology roadmap in collaboration with business and technical leaders, ensuring programs align with corporate goals and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Establish scalable program management methodologies across Agile and Waterfall environments to drive transparency, accountability, and delivery excellence.
  • Lead PMO administrative activities and oversee demand management and intake processes, ensuring efficient handling project requests and resource allocation as well as alignment with strategic goals

 

Strategic Transformation & Modernization

  • Oversee modernization initiatives across core enterprise platforms such as SAP (Finance/Supply Chain), Salesforce, Rights platforms (SAP IPM, Rightsline, FilmTrack), and data/analytics ecosystems (Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Lead cross-functional business solutions that improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and increase operational scalability.
  • Manage cloud transformations, platform rationalization, and automation initiatives, ensuring sustainable technology growth and optimization.

 

M&A & Integration Strategy

  • Spearhead post-merger integration programs to harmonize technology, processes, and teams across acquired entities.
  • Ensure consistent execution of integration playbooks, focusing on operational synergies, systems consolidation, and stakeholder alignment.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as an operational advisor to the CIO, aligning program portfolios with corporate objectives and departmental needs.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects, data & analytics leaders, IT operations, and vendor partners to ensure end-to-end delivery.
  • Provide executive-level updates on program status, risks, dependencies, and value realization.

 

Team Leadership & Vendor Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of program/project managers and business analysts.
  • Manage external vendor relationships and service providers, ensuring contract compliance, cost-effectiveness, and quality.
  • Transition teams from staff augmentation to managed services models to improve delivery consistency and scale.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with 7+ years leading enterprise-level programs and transformation initiatives.
  • Significant Media & Entertainment industry experience; understanding of studio operations, rights & royalties, and content distribution processes.
  • Expertise in enterprise platforms: SAP (Financials, IPM), Salesforce, Rightsline, FilmTrack, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure), and data & analytics platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated success in leading small, medium and large, complex, cross-functional technology initiatives including M&A integrations, cloud modernization, and enterprise process redesign.
  • Exceptional program management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in matrixed, global environments.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with media rights management, financial systems transformation, and cloud data platforms.
  • Consulting background or experience managing consulting/vendor engagements.
  • Deep understanding of program governance frameworks and executive reporting.

Compensation

$220,000 - $230,000
