Job Title:  Revenue Share Strategy Analyst, Domestic TV and Digital Distribution

Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Revenue Share Strategy Analyst to join the Domestic TV and Digital sales team. This position will be fully ingrained in the dynamics of AVOD revenue share sales and performance. The role provides support to the VP of Domestic TV and Digital Sales and will work closely with licensing counterparts to optimize monetization of the Lionsgate library. This position will provide critical data analysis to inform decision-making in a dynamic and growing business.  

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial tracking and analysis for overall revenue share business, summarizing platform performance across the AVOD rev-share market, and communicating performance and insights to team leadership
  • Utilize historical data, content availability, and wider marketplace trends to model future revenue potential on title acquisitions, library valuations, and rights renewals
  • Analyze title performance and revenue data from rev-share and Lionsgate O&O FAST channels to identify trends and areas of growth for each AVOD platform and the broader AVOD market
  • Prepare team for and attend business reviews with partners, take notes summarizing key data points and performance information 
  • Collaborate with Sales Planning, Finance, and Accounting to effectively communicate strategy and represent Sales team in critical decision making
  • Track revenue against financial targets and utilize internal and external data sources to project partner revenue
  • Wield data visualization tools such as Tableau to highlight trends and learnings to internal stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 years of related experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience in Excel is a must, with financial modeling capabilities preferred
  • Ability to effectively and concisely communicate objectives or performance to executive stakeholders on behalf of the team
  • Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems with the ability to communicate those solutions to executive leadership
  • Proficient in data analytics and sourcing market research
  • Interested in film and TV and ideally experienced within the TV, Film, or Finance industry
  • A college degree is required

Compensation

$65,000 - $70,000
