Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a full-time Publicity Coordinator to work across Limited Theatrical, Platform Release and catalog films from the largest film and television library in the independent media space. This position will play an integral role in the day to day operations of the Global Publicity team, and work cross-functionally with Lionsgate's Strategy, Media, Social and Creative teams to develop, implement, and optimize integrated PR strategies and workflows. 


Must be a creative, yet analytical, thinker with some experience in executing plans with internal and external stakeholders including agencies, talent, and production teams. The ideal candidate is extremely organized with excellent project management skills, is meticulous, and has a deep love of film and pop culture.


  • Distribute press breaks, tune-ins, review memos and campaign wrap reports
  • Manage and organize all asset deliverables (trailers, key art, stills, clips, etc.) as they pertain to publicity and talent social media needs, coordinating with both internal and external teams as needed
  • Review all creative assets to ensure they are accurate and meet quality standards
  • Assist with publicity reporting and analysis
  • Manage and update film websites such as IMDb & EPK.tv
  • Service screening links to press
  • Manage product fulfillment for all titles
  • Help coordinate meetings for the team with talent reps and agencies
  • Work with publicity team to identify opportunities to amplify press coverage and talent interviews 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in publicity within an agency or studio
  • Strong project management and written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for films!
