Job Title:  Coordinator, HRIS & Employee Data

Summary of Position:

Lionsgate is seeking an HRIS Coordinator with responsibilities primarily around employee data management and HRIS support. This position requires a detail oriented, analytical team player with previous experience and interest in HR systems and data entry. The position reports into the Sr. Manager, HR Technology, and will be responsible for the maintenance of employee data and the ongoing development of the human resource information system, and other supporting systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs routine data entry into HRIS utilizing appropriate paperwork to ensure accuracy of system changes
  • Monitor and verify that proper procedures are followed in accordance with business practices and system requirements
  • Provide support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
  • Provide HRIS training and customer service support to end users
  • Monitors HRIS system daily and responds immediately to system access and usability issues and concerns
  • Maintains employee records and the HRIS foundational data for all modules within the system.
  • Prepares reports and runs system queries to ensure integrity of HRIS data
  • Other duties as identified
Experience & Skills:
  • Must have strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to multi-task, organize & prioritize workload
  • Competency in Excel and reviewing large data sets 
  • Ability to learn & train virtually
  • Must have critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors and/or ADP Workforce Now a plus
  • Tech Savvy
