Summary of Position

Lionsgate is seeking a highly motivated and proactive full time Coordinator, Global Marketing to support two high level Executives in Lionsgate’s Motion Picture Group. This position requires an ability to interact with staff at all levels and high-profile contacts in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, all while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. 

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative duties, perform confidential assignments, and coordinate day-to-day operations of the President and Co-President’s offices
  • Answer a high volume of phone calls and roll calls as directed 
  • Manage two busy calendars, including meeting planning, scheduling, and preparation of all meeting logistics
  • Answer inquiries and requests for information and serve as the key communication point person between the President and Co-President’s offices and internal colleagues 
  • Responsible for the Executives’ business travel arrangements (both domestic & international), including flights, hotels, vehicles, business meetings, dinner reservations, and special events (i.e. premieres, film sets, etc.) 
  • Prepare and submit expense reports 
  • Handle matters proactively and expeditiously and follow-through on projects to successful completion
  • Assess, strategically prioritize, and act on all issues that require the attention of the Executives’ offices (i.e., emails, calls, meetings, projects, etc.) 
  • Complete ad-hoc assignments as needed 

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2-5 years of work-related experience supporting high level Executives 
  • Ability to effectively work with high level executives as well as all levels of management and staff within the company 
  • Must possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, marked by a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, discretion and poise
  • Excellent organizational, managerial and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently as well as with a team and exercise substantial discretion and judgment
  • Possess advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Meticulous attention to details and organization 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Team player, and a quick, effective problem-solver 
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 

Nice to Haves

  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Photoshop
  • Digital savvy

$47,000 - $50,000
