Job Title:  Coordinator, Global Localization

Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking a full-time Coordinator, Global Localization in our Global Sales & Distribution/Global Content Delivery Services department. This position will report directly to the Manager, Global Localization.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the creation of multi-language foreign dub and subtitle and accessibility files.
  • Research, contact and coordinate with distributors and licensees for the retrieval localized assets.
  • Liaise with various external and internal stakeholders to problem solve technical, legal, and creative issues during the localization process.
  • Research and track localized digital assets as needed and log data into digital asset management and internal inventory systems with an eye on proper file structure and localization terminology.
  • Provide assistance in global localization queries to ensure timely delivery of assets. 
  • Liaise with Data Analyst for submission and approval of purchase orders, wire transfers and invoices.
  • Track and update workflows, financial and contact information on internal work OS platforms.
  • Perform other related tasks and special projects as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-2 years’ experience working in localization facility or studio environment.
  • Technical knowledge pertaining to physical and digital localized asset formats and file types.
  • Highly organized, proactive and detail oriented to ensure accuracy in data input, orders and delivery.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge is a must.  
  • Working experience with SAP or similar software to process and track payments helpful.
  • Working experience with Monday.com, digital asset management or file delivery programs is a plus.
