Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking an Analyst, Benefits, that will report to the Director, Benefits and sit in our Santa Monica office.

Responsibilities

  • Administration of employee benefits, wellness, 401(k) and workers’ comp
  • Lead benefit orientation 1:1 sessions and help coordinate annual Open Enrollment 
  • Plan, coordinate, and help with communications for Wellness Program events 
  • Assist with benefits and workers’ compensation questions from employees and be able to resolve complex and escalated benefit and leave issues
  • Act as a backup for leave issues
  • Create reports for various compliance requirements and auditing throughout the year
  • Monitor and resolve errors in file processing for enrollments, COBRA, terminations, life events, QMCSOs
  • Compile data for benefit and wellness surveys and other projects
  • Oversee reconciliation and audit of all health care invoices to identify and correct discrepancies.
  • Support system testing 
  • Additional projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is extremely detail oriented
  • Must have the ability to handle superior level of confidentiality concerning employee information, multi-task, meet constantly changing deadlines
  • Strong benefits and California leave of absence experience
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and excellent interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related
