Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Sr. Coordinator, Marketing in our Global Creative Advertising department. The Global Creative Advertising department is responsible for crafting every aspect of the creative campaign developed for Owned, Paid or Earned Media Theatrical, Print, Digital across all lifecycles, platform and windows, including UK, VOD, Home Ent and library. Strategic insight, creativity, teamwork, communication and diplomacy are core tenets of the department.

 

The ideal candidate must be creative and agile, with a can-do spirit and able to perform in a fast-paced & dynamic environment. A highly organized, independent & self-motivated individual is a must. The role will require a hard-working and solution-based individual eager to help support the creative team administratively and operationally. The position will require cross-functional collaboration with various internal departments to ensure a cohesive campaign message and must possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support team lead administratively and operationally across Theatrical, Print and Digital across all lifecycles, platform and windows, including UK, VOD, Home Ent and library
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as team scheduling and travel
    • Manage outlook calendar
  • Organization of creative assets internally and externally
    • Track and organize incoming and outgoing materials from agencies & filmmakers
    • Create links/burn-ins/watermarks for creative materials
    • Manage distribution of creative materials for agencies such as scripts, dailies, features, and unit photography
  • Organize and maintain a deliverables list for each film title and platform
    • Coordinate communication with outside agencies to facilitate notes, deadlines and delivery specs around key meetings and dates
    • Consolidate materials for executive and filmmaker presentations
  • Compile agenda items for Weekly Creative Sync/Weekly Marketing meetings
    • Take and disseminate meeting notes as necessary
  • Manage workflow process platforms and ensure they are up-to-date at all times
  • Support SVP to help organize, finish and deliver for broadcast, print and digital assets throughout the lifecycle of the campaign, including theatrical trailer launches, digital tv spots, social content and paid media
    • Manage asset delivery lists for trailer launches, VOD packages, graphics packages, finishing requests 
  • Ensure campaign information is up to date by week and always readily available, including budgets & campaign spend to date numbers
  • Manage a high volume of invoices & all billing responsibilities for team including:
    • Receiving, tracking, coding, approving, and submitting to AP
    • Ensure billing adheres to LG Rate Card or otherwise agreed upon all-in deals
    • Track invoices and overall spend in budget tracker
    • Circulate Spend-To-Date with team in advance of weekly budget meetings
    • Liaise between internal AP department and external vendors when necessary
    • Work with finance to develop budget allocations between AV/Print/Digital
    • Submit, process and track SVP expenses
  • Create, manage and update project status reports for EOW 
  • Record asset type, version number, changes, next round, status of music/legal, talent approvals, lock date, ship date, vendor, when-shown.
  • Liaise with finishing and vendor to ensure smooth process
  • Update Cheat Sheets (list hero copy and moments for materials in-play)
  • Monitor Mixes/DI’s schedule with finishing. Ensure vendor and filmmakers are invited
  • Share assets inter-departmentally as they become locked

Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience, preferably entertainment based.
  • Ability to project manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Passionate about advertising, trends, and social media.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Vast knowledge of music, pop culture, art and film.
