Summary of Position

Lionsgate is looking for a Senior Coordinator to report to the Manager, International Sales Strategy & Planning in the Worldwide TV Sales department. This position focuses on supporting international sales strategy and planning efforts, including tracking SVOD deals, maintaining reporting, and coordinating across global teams to support ongoing distribution initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Track key dates, deal terms, and title inclusion for International SVOD agreements across internal systems and trackers
  • Compile avail reports and support the creation of strategic content packages for the international SVOD marketplace
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and communicate updates to key stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally with sales, legal, rights management, servicing, delivery, accounting, and finance teams
  • Track new theatrical releases and acquisitions for inclusion in international output and licensing deals
  • Own internal deal management by maintaining and tracking deals in the deal management system and liaising with other teams (e.g., Ops, Legal, etc.) to keep deals progressing on time and with accurate details
  • Maintain SVOD renewal trackers and support ongoing international sales planning efforts
  • Support analysis of international SVOD initiatives and theatrical output deals through data gathering and reporting
  • Update presentations and reporting materials for strategic sales initiatives and management reviews
  • Maintain sales, deal, and financial trackers/systems to support forecasting and revenue analysis
  • Leverage AI tools to streamline processes, generate insights, and improve team efficiency
  • Support the international sales planning team on key and/or ad hoc projects

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent organization, note taking, and attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy, quality, and timeliness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong reading comprehension skills
  • Must possess the ability to effectively multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced/dynamic environment

Nice to Haves

  • 2–3 years of related experience preferred (entertainment, distribution, sales planning, or similar)
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize large sets of data
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of advanced formulas a plus
  • Highly motivated with an aptitude to learn quickly, take accountability for tasks, and proactively anticipate needs
  • Proficiency with LLMs/AI tools (e.g., using them to analyze, draft, summarize, and automate workflows)
  • An understanding of the international TV distribution landscape, particularly SVOD, and a strong interest in the business side of entertainment

$60,000 - $65,000
