Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Sr. Coordinator to join the Domestic Distribution Sales Planning team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Domestic Sales Planning & Strategy. This position will be fully ingrained in the dynamics of sales and management across all licensed rights in TV distribution but with a focus on Ad-Supported Video on Demand (AVOD), Subscription Video on Demand (SVOD), and Free Ad-Supported Television (FAST), including Lionsgate owned & operated services.    

Responsibilities

  • Curate platform-specific avails for AVOD and FAST partners with attention to each platform’s editorial and programming priorities and channel carriage agreements
  • Analyze title performance on various AVOD and FAST platforms to refine windowing strategy and inform future title availability
  • Assist in planning & programming process for Lionsgate’s O&O FAST and SVOD channels across series and film 
  • Suggest strategies to drive monetization of Lionsgate’s film and TV library on ad-supported platforms
  • Advise on title renewals and recommend appropriate financial structure based on historical performance 
  • Evaluate titles for potential foreign language asset creation
  • Liaise with Research on development and implementation of dashboards and tools to optimize Sales processes 
  • Collaborate with internal & external parties on development of AI based tools to create efficiencies for Sales team
  • Identify gaps and areas of improvement for content metadata and key art
  • Liaise with Servicing and Content Operations on ingestion of new library acquisitions
  • Facilitate deal entry and rights clearances for Lionsgate’s O&O FAST and SVOD channels and JV partnerships
  • Attend monthly/quarterly business review meetings

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of related experience preferred
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to effectively communicate objectives or performance to executive stakeholders on behalf of the team
  • Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to complex problems with the ability to communicate those solutions to executive leadership
  • Intermediate knowledge of and experience in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Proficient in data analytics and sourcing market research
  • Passionate about Film and TV and ideally experienced within the TV, Film or Digital industry
  • A college degree is required

Compensation

$50,000 - $55,000
