Summary of Position
Lionsgate’s TV Distribution team is looking for a highly motivated Senior Coordinator to support the International AVOD (Advertising Video-on-Demand) and SVOD (Subscription Video-On-Demand) Sales teams in achieving annual sales targets across key territories. The Senior Coordinator will be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations of international sales and rights management, supporting all phases of the deal lifecycle from initial negotiations through final execution.
Responsibilities
- Support the Sales teams in all aspects of high-volume negotiations from creating availability lists, coordinating pitch materials, negotiating contracts, monitoring materials delivery, and tracking financial reporting
- Contribute and execute content licensing strategies across various platforms and rights windows, including AVOD, SVOD, and FAST
- Assist in creating and delivering tailored sales presentations and pitch materials that align with client needs and market trends
- Analyze title performance across AVOD and FAST platforms, using data insights and financials to optimize release plans and promotional strategies
- Liaise with international partners and internal departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of materials, contracts, and financial reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Marketing, Operations, Rights Management, Motion Picture and TV Development/Production, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure all departments are in sync and working effectively and efficiently to move initiatives forward
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key buyers, streamers, broadcasters, and emerging platforms to expand Lionsgate’s market presence
- Represent Lionsgate at major global content markets and client meetings (e.g., Content Americas, LA Screenings), as needed
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of relevant experience required, ideally within a talent agency, media company, or entertainment industry related company
- Highly organized and exceptional attention to detail, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate objectives and performance updates to executive stakeholders
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver with the ability to independently identify and communicate solutions
- Strong note-taking skills and ability to synthesize information quickly
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with data and performance metrics
- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Fluency in second language
- Prior experience in a client-facing or account management role
- Enthusiast for Film and TV (current and historical)
