Summary of Position

The Senior Product Manager, Rights, Sales & Distribution Systems will lead the roadmap, solution design, and delivery of enterprise technology solutions supporting Rights Management, Sales, Operations, Distribution, and Legal. This role will own key product responsibilities for strategic roadmaps for Salesforce and Rightsline, while defining scalable business processes and integrations across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate combines product management, business analysis and customer relationship management, and can operate independently across executive, business, technical, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap for Rights Management solutions, including the evolution of SalesHub and Rightsline as enterprise platforms; evaluate business priorities, define system capabilities, and align technology investment with business objectives.
  • Lead discovery sessions, design workshops, and solution reviews across Sales, Rights Management, Legal, Domestic and International TV Distribution and Sales Operations.
  • Document and validate business requirements, user stories, process flows, integration points, configuration decisions, acceptance criteria, and define functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Design scalable workflows that standardize and optimize IP rights management, release scheduling, customer management, licensed sales, acquisitions, deal management, document management, and related operational processes.
  • Serve as primary liaison between business users, IT teams and other stakeholders; drive decision-making and consensus across diverse stakeholder groups with competing business needs.
  • Define how data, business processes, and workflows operate among critical enterprise applications including Salesforce, Rightsline, Box, SAP ECC, and other enterprise platforms.
  • Manage enterprise testing including end-to-end testing, integration testing regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including defining testing approaches, test scenarios, data requirements, validation criteria, and defect resolution.  Oversee test execution and ensure production readiness.
  • Drive organizational readiness and change management, training, and adoption for new systems and business processes; review and support training materials, user guides, testing documentation, and stakeholder communications.
  • Participate in solution reviews, design workshops, roadmap discussions, and delivery planning

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, enterprise applications, systems implementation, or business process transformation.
  • Experience in media and entertainment, content distribution, licensing, rights management, sales operations, or related business domains.
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives from discovery through implementation, including roadmap management, requirements definition, stakeholder alignment, solution design, and release readiness.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable product, process, data, and system requirements.
  • Experience partnering with executives, business stakeholders, technical teams, implementation partners, and vendors in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Rightsline or similar IP rights management platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM / sales workflow platforms.
  • Experience leading large-scale enterprise testing and deployment.
  • Experience reviewing capabilities, identifying solution gaps, challenging assumptions, and defining future roadmap items.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, product backlog management, epics, themes and user stories, acceptance criteria, and iterative delivery models.

Additional Requirements

This position requires five (5) days per week in office.

Compensation

$180,000 - $195,000
