Summary of Position
Lionsgate is expanding its owned and operated FAST portfolio and deepening its participation in advertising driven CTV revenue. The Senior Vice President, Global FAST Advertising & Partnerships will lead global advertising monetization across Lionsgate’s FAST channels, with full ownership of strategy, yield optimization, partnerships, and performance at scale.
This executive will also oversee platform partner relationships across Lionsgate’s 45+ FAST channels, playing a central leadership role within the Global Lionsgate Channels organization. The role combines strategic vision, commercial leadership, and hands on execution in a fast growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
Global Revenue & Monetization Leadership
- Own global advertising revenue and yield performance across direct, sponsorship, and programmatic demand for Lionsgate’s FAST portfolio.
- Define and execute a multiyear monetization strategy, supported by a clear operating roadmap focused on sustainable growth and margin expansion.
Partner & Ecosystem Management
- Lead senior level relationships with supply side, demand side, data, and technology partners.
- Drive performance through active partner management, optimization, and regular business reviews.
- Assess platform and partner level performance, translating insights into strategic actions and executive level reporting.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners to expand demand, improve yield, and strengthen the overall ecosystem.
FAST Platform & Channel Strategy
- Oversee global FAST platform relationships across all endpoints, including performance, economics, promotion, and long-term alignment.
- Serve as Lionsgate’s senior subject matter expert on FAST and CTV advertising trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
Business Development & Innovation
- Identify and develop new revenue streams, including channel sponsorships, branded partnerships, and innovative advertising and yield optimization solutions.
- Maintain senior relationships with sales partners, brand marketers, agencies, and studio peers.
Cross Functional Leadership
- Partner closely with Sales and Legal on deal structures, negotiations, and advertising specific contract terms, including data privacy and compliance.
- Collaborate with international sales teams to expand advertising strategies across global territories.
- Work with Worldwide TV Marketing to develop compelling go to market narratives and sales materials.
- Coordinate with other Lionsgate divisions (theatrical, home entertainment, consumer products) on cross company initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high performing global team, setting clear goals, developing talent, and scaling the organization as the business grows.
Qualifications and Skills
- 15+ years of senior experience in CTV, streaming, digital advertising, or ad tech, with significant FAST exposure.
- Demonstrated success driving advertising revenue growth across direct and programmatic channels.
- Deep understanding of the CTV advertising ecosystem, including SSPs/exchanges (e.g., Magnite, PubMatic, Xandr), DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360), ad servers and SSAI platforms (e.g., FreeWheel, SpringServe), and measurement, verification, and data partners.
- Strong technical fluency in ad delivery and measurement concepts, including VAST/VMAP, client and server-side insertion, and data integrations.
- Comfortable setting direction and scaling a business within a complex, global organization.
- Expert in pricing, yield economics, P&L ownership, and high value negotiations.
- Balances strategic vision with hands on execution and accountability.
- Trusted leader with the ability to align internal teams and external partners.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high performing teams.
