Summary of Position

The Assistant role requires a talented individual with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, an attention to detail, a proactive nature, a “can do” attitude, the ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects, and thrives in a dynamic, creative and challenging environment. This role will handle a variety of administrative duties, special research and marketing projects, information aggregation and tracking, and general support of the International Distribution Company (IDC).

Responsibilities

  • Managing phones, conference calls, meetings and schedules for the IDC Marketing Executives
  • Create presentation templates for each LATAM title’s Marketing Strategy Decks, Campaign Highlights and Infographics
  • Generate mock-ups for social graphics, gifs, memes, videos, etc. 
  • Build charts that track the links and social reach of our material launches, campaign posts, influencer contributions and promotional partnerships 
  • Asset Management including uploading materials to asset management systems (DAX/OneClear, BOX, Adstream)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to constantly multi-task in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized and detailed oriented
  • Resourceful in finding solutions to problems
  • Able to build cross-divisional and inter-company relationships
  • Works well in dynamic, changing and team oriented environment
  • Photoshop (In Design a plus)
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Shared Google Applications (Google Slides, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
  • Video Editing Skills (Premiere Pro, QuickTime, GameBar, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese languages is a plus

IDC (International Distribution Company)
Housed within the Motion Picture Group, IDC is a joint-venture between Lionsgate and IDC President Pedro Rodriguez, who’s primary focus is on the distribution of Lionsgate’s and other acquired motion pictures throughout the Latin American continent. Releasing films in 23 countries south of the US border and through its unique partnerships in each country, IDC is the #1 pan reginal theatrical distributor with more than 150 theatrical releases since its incorporation in 2005 and 1.3 billion dollars in box office. Compensation

$43,000 - $45,000
