Summary of Position

Lionsgate is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Coordinator, Talent Acquisition & Inclusion to support enterprise-wide recruiting operations and inclusion initiatives. This role reports directly to the SVP, Head of Talent Acquisition & Enterprise Inclusion Strategy and is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. The Coordinator will provide operational support across the full hiring lifecycle while contributing to employer branding, talent analytics, and inclusion programming. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews, hiring manager debriefs, and recruiting meetings across multiple business units, levels, and locations, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and interview teams.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for virtual interviews and recruiting platforms and manage job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job description formatting and inclusive language review.
  • Support the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process, including background checks, employment verifications, references, offer approvals, and new hire logistics in partnership with HR, Payroll, IT, Facilities, and hiring managers.
  • Track employee referrals and maintain accurate recruiting records to support compliance and reporting needs.
  • Pull, analyze, and maintain Talent Acquisition metrics, including hiring activity, pipeline data, and survey results; support quarterly and annual dashboards and develop executive-ready presentations.
  • Support employer branding efforts across LinkedIn and other platforms, including creating and publishing content that highlights company culture, employee experiences, internship programs, ERGs, and inclusion initiatives; assist with content calendars and campaign planning.
  • Provide administrative and project support for enterprise inclusion initiatives, including heritage and awareness month communications.
  • Assist with internship program coordination, including recruiting, interview scheduling, onboarding, events, communications, and engagement activities.
  • Administer candidate and hiring manager surveys, support data analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Talent Acquisition and Inclusion.
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices and support special projects, as needed.
  • Provide ad hoc support to the SVP with scheduling and coordination of key stakeholder meetings, as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior administrative experience (e.g., scheduling, coordination, or customer support) required.
  • Strong organizational skills with proactive, clear communication and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Comfortable taking direction from multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Haves

  • 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition preferred.

Compensation

$50,000 - $55,000
