Job Title:  Coordinator, TV Post-Production

Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Coordinator in its Television Post-Production department. We’re seeking a talented individual with a strong understanding of post-production who can provide administrative support and help manage various stages of our productions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Post-Production team from development through final delivery and air
  • Distribute calendars and maintain trackers (e.g., scripts, cut delivery dates) for the entire TV department
  • Manage the wrap process and organize storage of all show assets
  • Serve as the primary administrator for our library of television content across multiple platforms
  • Maintain and update the Post Manual/Checklist in collaboration with department executives
  • Attend, participate in, and take notes during virtual post meetings with vendors, production teams, and internal staff
  • Assist with post calendar creation and budgeting
  • Provide general support to the team as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in post-production required
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized; no task is too small
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Creative Suite

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with streaming platforms, Airtable, Aspera, and DocuSign
  • Passion for the television industry and post production
  • BA/BS degree in a related field preferred
  • Access to a car, for job related runs
