Summary of Position

Lionsgate Human Resources is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the group’s Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs). This position requires a detail-oriented-team player with a strong interest in Human Resources. The role provides administrative support to the HRBPs, is responsible for employee life-cycle management duties, and performs a multitude of project-based tasks, in aid of the group’s many initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, schedule meetings, and complete travel and expenses for the HRBPs
  • Employee Life Cycle Management:
    • Organize incoming new hire requests for the Television and Corporate groups, and other entities as needed
    • Create, edit, and maintain employee position data in SAP Success Factors (HCM Application)
    • Maintain the orientation period tracking log for the Television and Corporate groups, and other entities as needed
    • Manage employee files in LaborSoft and OnBase 
    • Organize employee exit process for the Television and Corporate groups, and other entities, as needed
  • Coordinate temp and consultant requests which including on-boarding, off-boarding, processing invoices, and data input 
  • Conduct monthly I9 audits for previously terminated employees
  • Complete and submit employment verifications, as needed
  • Create and update organizational charts as needed
  • Answer general HR questions for employees as needed
  • Offer support with al HRBP driven projects, as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must maintain confidentiality and interface with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize workload
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Must possess strong attention to detail

Nice to Haves

  • Previous experience and interest in Human Resources highly preferred
  • Prior familiarity with org charts and their function within an organization
