Summary of Position

Lionsgate has an immediate opening for a Coordinator in the Business and Legal Affairs, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution department. This is a great opportunity for a business-minded individual who is looking for a career in the television industry and is interested in learning the television business from a global perspective.  


  • This position will provide administrative support for the Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution legal team, which will include answering phones, scheduling meetings and conference calls, processing expense reports and purchase orders, handling travel arrangements and other related duties.
  • This position will also be responsible for sending and tracking executed contracts, assisting in organizing and maintaining legal files, distributing fully-executed contracts internally and updating contract status reports.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task
  • Must have excellent computer and interpersonal skills
  • Previous entertainment experience is preferred
  • College degree required
