Summary of Position
Lionsgate is currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution to support the President, Worldwide Television & Digital Distribution. This role will serve as a key administrative and operational partner, ensuring seamless day-to-day coordination while contributing to the overall efficiency of the global distribution team.
Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, calls, and events, while proactively identifying and resolving conflicts
- Prepare, compile, and distribute meeting materials and agendas in advance of internal and external meetings
- Provide full administrative support, including managing phones, coordinating domestic and international travel, and processing expense reports
- Coordinate and distribute screeners and submission materials to clients and internal stakeholders
- Attend internal meetings, take detailed notes, and track follow-ups to ensure timely execution of action items
- Support the planning and execution of special events, including managing guest lists, invitations, logistics, and on-site coordination
- Assist the Worldwide Distribution team with data-driven projects, including maintaining and updating spreadsheets and reports
- Serve as a liaison across internal departments and external partners as needed
- Interface with high-profile external clients and internal executives maintaining strict confidentiality and professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
