Summary of Position

Lionsgate is seeking a proactive, highly organized, and analytically minded Assistant to join the Global Paid Media & Analytics team. This role will directly support the EVP, Global Paid Media & Analytics, while also providing day-to-day support across the broader paid media team.

 

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a passion for entertainment marketing, media, and analytics. This individual should thrive in a fast-paced environment, be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion. A strong aptitude for organization, calendar management, computer and interpersonal skills, as well as data-driven analyzation is essential, along with a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic marketing organization.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the EVP, Global Paid Media & Analytics
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, expense reports, and other executive support functions
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Schedule and coordinate vendor meetings, agency presentations, and internal team meetings
  • Attend meetings as needed, capture detailed notes, and help track follow-ups, action items, and deliverables
  • Assist with routing and distribution of agreements, presentations, and other team materials
  • Support department operations and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong interest in media, entertainment, advertising, marketing, or analytics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating and maintaining detailed spreadsheets, reports, and presentations preferred
  • Prior internship or assistant experience in entertainment, media, marketing, or related fields is a plus

Additional Requirements

This position requires five (5) days per week in office.
